I have made my second sale on Etsy so far. Someone bought two dozen cookies yesterday. So far I have sold Chocolate Chip Coconut Toasted Pecan Cookies and Chocolate with Peanut Butter Chips. I am so happy for the sales. Hopefully they will continue. I am going to be trying out some new recipes soon to add to my shop. I would like to add some more cookies and maybe a few pies and a few breads. That would be great! Well school starts this Thursday. Crazy how fast it is coming up! I am a nervous, but a little excited too. Hopefully it will be good. :)

Coconut and Walnut Chocolate Cookies

Well, it has been a long time since I last posted. I have been pretty busy. I made chocolate chip cookies today for my Mom's birthday. I was going to make a cake, but it would have taken a lot longer to decorate and I need to pack for Youth Conference. They turned out great. At my Mom's suggestion, I added coconut and walnuts to some of the cookie dough. The result was fantastic. They tasted delicious. I melted chocolate and did a swirly design on an extra big cookie for her. I was happy I tried adding the coconut.
I have been wanting to make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies lately. Maybe I finally will when I get back from Youth Conference. Hmm...

COOKIES!

Bruce and Mehmet needed to take in cookies for creative writing. They got extra credit for it. I was excited to make them and I even got help from Mehmet. I used Grandma's delicious recipe to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I thought they turned out really nice. And they were delicious.
I made chocolate chip cookies the other day and they turned out beautiful. I had to get a picture. I loved the way they looked. I love how they are not perfect circles and the chocolate chips sticking out disform them.

Happy Valentine's Day

Here are candy bars we (my mom, my sister, and I) made last year for our friends for Valentine's Day. They are so cute. You just buy a candy bar like a Hershey's and wrap them up in cute scrapbook paper. Then you decorate it with stickeers, words, buttons, flowers, and anything else you want. They are so much fun to make and are a great gift. I want to do it again. Happy Valentine's Day.

Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies

Here is a delicious way to make peanut butter cookies. You add a peanut butter Reese's cup. You can make bigger cookies with a normal Reese's or make small ones with a mini Reese's. They are very yummy.

Here is the finished project. Pretty beautiful. YUM!

Banana Bread and More

Just the other night, I made some banana bread. It turned out great! It was probably the best I have ever made. I have my Aunt Lisa to thank for this delicious recipe. It is one of the best. Thanks Aunt Lisa!

This is me. Today is my last day of Winterim with Kelsey Nixon. I am very sad about that. I am very glad, though that I have gotten to be able to do this. I have learned a lot.

Food!

I love working with food! I would be completely content to work in the kitchen making food all day. I would like to one day own a bakery/cafe. I am going to use this blog to post different things I have made and what I learn about food as I work with it more. Hopefully it won't be too boring.
